PORTILLO TENDER

Portillo Tender is made from pasteurised cow’s and sheep’s milk, cured for no more than 7 days. It is a cheese with a mild and delicate flavour, with the optimum balance.

Pasteurised cow’s milk (min. 85%) and sheep’s milk (min. 5%), salt, rennet.

Serving Suggestions

Consume at an optimal temperature of 16ºC, open at least 20 minutes before consumption and leaving it at room temperature to enjoy all its aroma and flavour.
