Cerrato Cheeses continues to reap success. Cerrato Semi-Cured was awarded the silver medal at the World Cheese Awards, held in Oviedo in November.
We are honoured to receive this award in recognition of one of our most emblematic cheeses, which stands out for its balanced, aromatic and characterful flavour.
We would like to extend our gratitude to our colleagues at the factory. Thanks to their work and dedication, the best cheeses in Spain and in the world come from our fields.
