Cerrato Toasted is a blended cheese made from pasteurised cow’s, sheep’s and goat’s milk. Cured for more than 180 days, it is characterised by its orange colour and its roasted and fruity aroma. The intense flavour of this cheese is the result of the careful combination of the different milks used in its production.
